For the Customer

Technically, you only need to submit a completed application in order to apply for financing. However, if you want quick results please forward the following items with your application.

VERIFICATION OF ALL INCOME which you list on the application. For example, most recent pay stub, rental or lease agreement, child support documentation, etc.
If you have been on your job for less than a year, please submit your W2 from the previous year.
If your house is less than a year old, please submit your FINAL SETTLEMENT STATEMENT and everything which lists your monthly house payment (your NOTE, coupon or mortgage statement if you receive one)
The DECLARATION PAGE of your Homeowner's Insurance Policy. This shows proof that your home is insured. You can call your agent and have them fax it directly to us at 480-649-0488.
If there are any credit problems of which you are aware, please send an explanation.

General Information

If you have assets such as IRA's, 401K, savings, investments, etc., please list on application
Pools are normally 2nd mortgage loans. Most loans do not have a prepayment penalty. Should your approved loan have a prepayment penalty we will advise you of the terms and conditions of the loan so you can make an informed decision. Most pool loans are fixed rate and fixed term loans. Today many lenders are offering adjustable rate equity credit lines. If you want to consider a Home Equity Credit Line please let us know. In either loan program, the lender will set the rate, dependent upon your credit score, equity and debt ratio AFTER the pool loan.
If you think refinancing or consolidating your debts will improve your financial position, please feel free to discuss that option with us.
